Fit Rocket

When will you reach your goal weight?

Set your current and target weight, pick a pace, and watch the date move.

Pace

What this assumes

  • 7,700 kcal is about 1 kg of body weight. That's the whole basis for the math above.
  • It assumes a steady pace: the same deficit every day, no breaks.
  • Real life isn't steady. Weekends happen. Water weight happens.
  • That's exactly why Fit Rocket projects from your real logged pace instead of a promise, and re-reads it every day.

How is the goal date calculated?

Kilograms to lose × 7,700 kcal, divided by your daily pace. That's the days to go, and the goal date is today plus those days. Past two years out, the calculator says so instead of printing a date.

What pace should I pick?

Steady (500 kcal/day) is the middle preset for a reason: roughly half a kilogram a week, quick enough to see the date move, gentle enough to hold for months. Gentle (250) fits a long, patient cut; Strong (750) is a real push and hard to hold. When in doubt, start steady.

Is this the same math as the app?

Yes — same 7,700 kcal per kilogram, same projection. The difference is the input: here you promise a pace with a slider; the app reads the pace you actually log and re-projects the date every day. The scale keeps the whole thing honest.

Fit Rocket tracks this live from what you actually log — and the scale keeps it honest.
